Tiverton lots run big and often run wild at the edges. A lot of what we do here is reclaiming the line between the maintained yard and the brush that has been quietly closing in on it.

Overgrown properties get a flat-priced one-time reset — brush cut back, saplings pulled, debris hauled, beds re-edged — and from there a normal maintenance schedule keeps it that way for a fraction of the effort.

Along the Sakonnet and out toward Nanaquaket, wind and salt shape what survives, and we plant accordingly. Inland toward Four Corners, the plant palette opens up considerably.
